We are considering adding new spam-related features to OpenEFA and would like your feedback on what would be most valuable to you.

Option 1: Email Notifications for Spam Classification
Receive automatic email notifications when OpenSpacy classifies an incoming message as spam. This would allow you to:
• Quickly review spam decisions
• Catch false positives before they're permanently filtered
• Monitor spam patterns in real-time

Option 2: "Report as Spam" Link in Email Footers
Add a simple link at the bottom of each email that allows you to easily report messages as spam with a single click. This would:
• Provide quick feedback to the AI system
• Help train OpenSpacy to better recognize spam patterns
• Create a seamless user experience for spam reporting

Please vote for all options that interest you, and feel free to share additional thoughts or suggestions in the comments below!

I think the first option is nice for administrators, but annoying for customers. If you get an email everytime a mail is handled as spam, the message itself will be seen as spam (like the dmarc messages you get when you use a contact email address in Dmarc). However, I have some clients which use the option in EFA to receive an email each day with an overview of the blocked spam mails.

some places the first option was weeekly report not every email
so think you need to do aoption for every email , daily or weekly going to user or admin

I think received an email notification for every spam decision would be overwhelming. Possibly a daily/weekly (configurable) report to review and easy method to Nay spam decisions for training.

I like option 2 - email footer allowing self classification of spam. Need to take into account oops moment and have a way to undo.

I suppose that means users would need to login to the UI in some manor if they need to modify their personal white/black lists, like mailwatch. I guess that leads me next to ask for LDAP ability for the exchange folks. To check if mailbox/email exists and for user creds. Unless there's a way to accomplish these things without user logging into interface. Either way huge upgrade to the user experience, can't wait to see. Just thinking out loud.

The one thing my users are trained well on is clicking the link at a bottom of email to report spam
