GNU General Public License Obligations

This does not seem to be a fork, extension or continuation of the EFA-Project. It seems to simply wrap the original projects in a pseudo-commercial license and a cloud platform offering. I don't think anyone in the EFA-Project community over the last 10+ years would have any issues with this if there is an attempt to add value and all the obligations and responsibilities of the open-source software, contributed to voluntarily by many in many different ways, are acknowledged and upheld.

Could you please publicly post the details, arrangements, and steps taken to fulfill the GNU General Public License responsibilities and obligations, as required by the clear derivative project classification of OpenEFA? Please also publicly post what elements you have defined as new, unrelated commercial licensed code versus those which were, and remain, GNU General Public License.
